Delivery Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom using tracked services from Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. All prices shown on the website and at checkout are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

1. Delivery options and costs

• Standard delivery (2–4 working days) — free on every order, no minimum spend.
• Express delivery (1–2 working days) — £4.95, order before 2pm Mon–Fri.

The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown before you pay, on the checkout page.

2. Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

3. Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment, and a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

4. Coverage

We deliver to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Any surcharge for remote postcodes is shown at checkout before payment — we never add costs after your order is placed.

5. Delays and missed deliveries

If nobody is home, the courier will leave a card and either re-attempt delivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for 7 days. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, email us and we will resend it or refund you in full.
