These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Pawson & Co., a UK-based online pet shop. Trading address: 49 Birmingham Rd, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1QF. Contact: hello@pawsoneco.co.

1. Who we are

Pawson & Co. is a trading name of Elridge Wienke. We are an online retailer of pet food, litter, treats and pet care essentials, selling to consumers in the United Kingdom.

2. Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before payment. We never add charges after an order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details.

5. Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5 working days.

6. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, including feeding guidance and ingredients supplied by the manufacturer. Always check the packaging on arrival and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Our products are pet food and pet care items, not veterinary medicines, and are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

7. Returns

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where liability cannot be limited by law (death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Complaints and governing law

Email hello@pawsoneco.co and we will respond within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
